Send your cluster to me and I can change your LCD panel to an S63 or S65 - your choice. Will have the red needle for the speedometer (but the analog gauges of course stay the same). Odometer will be at 000000 and will need to be taught in to Drive Authorization System. As soon as this is done, it will pull the correct mileage from the EZS. Options will be transferred over so Navi Telephone, Vehicle, Assistance, etc., will be intact. PM if interested.
Difference in S63 and S65 clusters are 200MPH speedometer and 220MPH speedometer, respectively. Will also have AMG race timer function on both.
If you want a very unique look, you can go with the BRABUS speedometer with 220MPH range with matching font of existing cluster:

I really don’t know or how it works just want it done without sending out my cluster - probably can take it some one that’s familiar with those things . The guy I deal with has the AMG 63 and 65 Speedo programs not the Brabus

are you selling the amg clister? I have a2008 s560. I can toggle between mph/kph .i use mph tho. Or can i just get someone to adjust my cluster. I like the amg version bcuz im doing the 10 inch touchscreen radio soon from seicane
by mid 2007 they added the kph / mph user menu - but its not able to go on early cars

I swapped mine with an amg S63 one from the same year ( 2013 ) but work needs to be done via Vediamo and you need to have some knowledge in German in order to have everything working. Below is how it looks like. Before and after. Exuse the smudges, pics were taken right after the swap...

just one comment on this - that’s a S65/CL65 cluster as it goes to 7k rpm
check the pictures above the dials on the minor gauges get the awful style of the AMG speedo - so even if you programme just the dial of the LCD speedo it will look odd
if changing the minor dials graphics you need to strip and pull needles etc. and on some variant the red line is in a different place
coding all the option variants if swapping the entire cluster is a bit of a fight and needs dealer tools
and sorting the mileage is yet another bit of fun - since forever tweaking the miles to match is not so easy - and on these other components mileage records in the car will try to fight you
