Question on the different rear bumpers for the W221

Does the sport/amg bumper hang lower than the base model bumper?

I have the non amg bumper and the exhaust tips are hidden. If I want to install a sport exhaust will the tips hang below the bumper or still be covered up?

You have to cut out the bumper to make space for the exhaust. Here's a picture of my car with AMG exhaust:

Do you have a trim around the hole area?

Wonder if something like this could work, assuming a custom exhaust is installed

I am looking for something that flows with the stock body. I like the first pic, but a trim around the holes would make it look perfect.
