Bluetooth and Nokia phones
Hi, I am having problems connecting to my Nokia mobile phone via bluetooth handsfree. I can connect to the bluetooth and the phone is shown on my Mercedes screen but it states that they are not connected.
I am able to connect using my iPhone and all works so the issue is not with the bluetooth hardware. I have an original Mercedes bluetooth puck in the armrest.
Can anyone assist with this issue? Has anyone managed to connect a Nokia phone with the W221?

Based on your car info, sounds like you are not from the US or Canada? For audio and telematics topics the market area info would be useful. Also the car MY, pre-facelift or facelift, different cars. Which Nokia phone is it?
I've used several different Nokia models with my 221, in my case it is a pre-facelift with a BT SAP handsfree adapter.
I'm guessing it is a pre-facelift model with a bluetooth HF profile adapter. Delete all existing pairings from both sides, make sure you are pairing with the puck, not the head unit. Depending on your Nokia phone you may need to set remote SIM off (should work with BT HF in either mode though), as with any phone authorise automatic connections.
