It comes with Night Vision, Parking Sensors, AMG, two moon roofs, lumbar, Keyless Go, sunshades, etc. I traded in my S500 for it. I got it for $18,000. With 135K. I will upload pics soon.
Congrats. They are wonderful cars and I was in the predicament that you were in wanting it to be equipped. I finally had to settle for the S600. Same thing happened looking for an equipped W210 - I had to get an E55 AMG to pretty much get there. The ventilated seats, COMAND, and Parktronic are still not guaranteed on those!

Glad you help out for what you were looking for. They are wonderful cars and it is a please to drive them. Although I feel sure your fuel mileage will be better than mine!

Thank you. I owned almost every gen S-Class from 1980-2007. But to be honest, the W220 had a better ride. Can't wait to share the pics. With the price I got, the car is in excellent condition and the double moon roof and Night View are rare options. The S-Class will always remain the best.

Good to hear I'm not the only guy on the planet who prefers some aspects of the 220 to the 221. I had two 220s back to back and the 221 has been an adjustment. It's a different animal. Where the 220 was stately and elegant (even if you had the AMG appearance package to make it look sporty, from behind the wheel it wasn't fooling anyone), the 221 is legitimately sportier with a tighter chassis and better acceleration (and actual, visible exhaust pipes!).

The ride is gentler on the 220 (the smaller diameter wheels help), and unless your 221 has the B&O audio upgrade, the Bose system in the 220 is a much better sounding system than the H&K. (I have a work-around for that if you need it).

Once I stopped trying to get the 221 to behave like a 220 and embraced the car for what it was...put a set of 20" wheels on it and kept the transmission and suspension in "Sport" ... I've really started to enjoy it.

Does the AMG Sport package give differences other than body kits from a normal 2007? Oh and mine is not flint gray. It's Andorite Gray. Also does anyone know how to delete a entry in the address book?

No, like the 220 the AMG appearance package on a 221 is cosmetic, consisting of the 4 piece body kit and a set of staggered 19" or 20" (Sport +1) wheels (on non 4Matic cars).

Yes, the 2010+ sport models have powder coated front calipers that say Mercedes, non sports have basic cast calipers, that look like the rear. Not sure if they are bigger, but they look bigger.

Also, for 2010+ you get the metal sport pedals.

Button on the left of the COMAND knob labled "C/S". Comfort mode skips 1st gear and starts in 2nd from a stop. Sport starts in 1st and holds gears longer. For the suspension, there's a Sport button in the stack to the left of the COMAND screen. It drops the car a bit and firms up the suspension.

The biggest change in handling (and appearance) has been adding spacers to the OEM wheels to widen the track. Not expensive and of course easily reversible, and the wheels look so much better pushed out flush with the fenders.

That explains the scare I got when I put it in Sport. It's not shifting!!! Oh wait, it's on SPORT MODE. I do wished it had massage, rear seat package. But hey, I spend most of my time in behind the wheel. How about the address book entry delete?

Mike...what difference do you see/feel in sport mode. I have never really used that setting.
