08 S550 4Matic AMG Package
I have a 4matic and also plan on purchasing those same niche milan wheels. I was trying to wait til they cut the chrome/M136 in 22" but they haven't yet. I am planning on doing the 22x9 all the way around. You wont get that super deep concave look in the rear like the 22x10.5 but you get a sense of piece of mind. I know its plenty of people who know and have already put the staggered on the 4matic as long as is a certain % variance etc etc . I believe it will work with staggered but you can have them order the same size wheel all the way around.

Im def staggering them, Im not gona roll around with 4 front rims. Im gona do 9 fr and 10.5 rears. I belive 255-30 fr and 295-25 is the correct size tires.

Those Niche Milan's look slick. I'm interested in putting the same on by S550. Has anyone seen the machine tinted style? I see a good deal for a staggered set, wondering how different they look over machined silver.
Thanks

"The tab" - This is basically the area where the bumper and fender meet. So it is where plastic and metal are blinded together. if you look at or feel the area w your hands you will feel a metal "Tab" or a surface that extend about 1/2 inch.. This tab surface is there in most Mercedes cars. It only is a concern when you lower the car and have wide staggered wheels and tires.
What I do with this "tab" is to grind or cut it off with a right angle metal grinder. Make sure you spray some paint over the bare metal after. If you normal don't handle a grinder please be safe or you can find an Indy service provider or a good wheel shop that will help you with that.
