Just installed 22 inch wheels !
I just installed 22 inch wheels on my w221 08 s550 and they rub alittle when suspension is compressed ? What have you guys done to fix this problem? Sorry if this is a dumb question. Also i am new to the forum and enjoy the threads.Thanks

Get your fenders rolled.
You could have maybe even gotten rims with wrong offset or too wide of tires in which case, have fun with that...

Looking at 22" wheels for my S500. I will probably choose Mandrus Mannheim 22X9 and rear 22X10.5.
Tyre shop recommended 245/30R22 to front and rear 295/25R22.
Those tire sizes should be fine?

I have that Mandrus setup. I'm using 255 in front. Guess that both 245 and 255 will be ok.

Yes, that should should do the trick. I rolled my rear fenders and removed the tabs when I mounted the 22"s.

There is so many threads on it I'm trying to take it one day at a time. Most important I'm am trying to find a body shop that won't charge me out the a** on the price.

Tobby do you have a CLS or an S? If it's an S, put your hand up inside the rear wheel well and feel along the seam where the rear quarter meets the rear bumper. It's a tab about 2" long that juts out maybe a half inch or so. On hard bumps that tab can come in contact with the top of the tire.

what tires are u guys w 22's running? I have a 4 matic and believe I need a 255-30-22 and a 295-25-22 but am having a tuff time finding matching fr and rears, any suggestions?
