W221 S500 Distronic plus inoperative

W221 S500
W221 S500 Distronic plus inoperative
I brought '07 W221 S500 three months ago and the car has Distronic Plus option.
But when I switch on distronic, distronic plus is not working and displayed "Distronic Plus Inoperative" on the IC.
I visited two Mercedes Benz workshop and service mechanic has reprogrammed newest software and scan with STAR, but they didn't find out what is the problem.
Related parts of Distronic plus, ABR has one event and that is EIS fault.
(read fault memory of EIS)
But result of scan, EIS has no fault and event.
What is the problem?
Distronic (inside grill) is no problem and "Distance display" on the IC also working.

I had the same problem and it turns out one of the sensors inside the bumper was making short, for some reason distronic, blind spot and parking sensors all connected. Dose your car has a blind spot or parking aid ?

At first scan with STAR, there was events in the SGR.(two radar sensors front inside the bumper)
I exchanged it with rear radar sensors and now there is no fault or event in the SGR.

Yes I know, I had this problem too, sometimes those short range
sensors get dirty from the inside, and you have to take the bumper out to clean them and bumper from the inside to get it back to work.

How about parking aid? is it working all the time? Usually when my Distrionic Plus was inoperative it also shows Parking Aid inoperative also.
