Need help please!!

Hi all and thanks in advance ...
So I got my local dealer to agree to try this sds lowering on my 07 s550 4matic non abc.. But before I pull the trigger I just want some expert advise they have never done this before and are really not supposed to according to them so they will remain nameless lol I'm just worried about them screwing something up or maybe not being able to lower it enough the tech is very smart kid and says it has to be done on the alignment machine.. He's willing to play around with it and that's the part that worries me lol... Should I just scrap this idea and go with links? Or do any of you guys have input I can share with him to get it done right... Thanks again guys any feedback is much Apreciated

I have never lowered an S class, but did have my 06 E500 lowered by my independent mechanic when I had it. It was a simple process and no negative side effects.

Depending on the car, an unmodified SDS tool may only be able to lower the suspension a bit (an inch or even less).

Alignment would be needed after a significant level change.

Sounds absolutely fair from the workshop, they have instructions not to do this etc. etc.
