Extending Power train warranty for 2 more years

I wanted to purchase just extended power train warranty that cover me for 2 more years or 24000 miles. The cost is about $2200 for 2 years, which is ok for me if it will cover the tranny.
See below. Is this coverage is good enough to cover my transmission in case if I need new valve body or electronic conductor plate or need to replacement of transmission.
Please can you guys review the coverage and give me some feed back. Thanks in advance for your support.

I was looking for 2012 S550, but it is costing me out the door with 3 year CPO Unlimited miles plus remaining original warranty for $55000. The 2012 S550 has 30000 miles and lease return. It is good deal but still out off my $600 per month range.
If I purchase 2012 S550 then I get almost 4 years of warranty, 1 year original remaining and 3 years of CPO. And according to MB this warranty is transferable to next owner also, if I sell my car.
This new CPO 3 years warranty with unlimited mileage and no deductible deal is quite good.

But for transmission and engine, it is good to have some protection.
Now electrical and other stuff, you have to pay more.
In future, I will go with CPO, it is much better. Now the new 3 year CPO with unlimited mileage is much better, it just came out in 2014.
