Pillows for rear headrests?

Looking for rear headrest pillows, a la the W222. I did a quick search but didn't see anything. Does this exist as a factory option for the W221s?

No, it was not an option for the W221. Some people have taken to custom making them though, might be an option for you.

Good luck

I saw that thread; looks like it died pretty quickly. I wonder if the W222 pillows are a direct fit for the W221? I could have sworn they were fastened on, and not integrated as part of the headrest.

I don't believe they are integrated, but I'm not sure on the fitment.

Looks like they aren't integrated, part numbers here:

Will have to stop by my dealership one of these days and test it out! Or if someone has both cars, and can do a quick sanity check?

Looks like the supplementary cushions (pg 128) are just held by "press studs". If the size and shape are congruent to the W221 headrests, me thinks a velcro MacGyver solution could possibly do the trick.....
