22" tire size question

I have a 245/30/22 on a 22x9 and it doesn't rub in the front but it looks like a rubber band, I'm seriously considering going to a 255/30/22 since you someone mentioned it's not an issue.
I have a 295/25/22 on a 22x10.5 in the rear with a small spacer. Not sure if the spacer is needed or not but it does rub over bumps and dips at highway speeds once it lowers itself.
What could be done about that? My fenders are already rolled.

I'm running 295/25/22 in the front and 235/30/22 in the rear on Vossen CVT's. I only rub if I go over deep humps at highway speeds. I am also using adjustable links, so I can raise it up if it gets too bad.
