Actually it doesn't. The new W222 4matic's DO come staggered, but if it's a 4matic w221 S550, it DID NOT come staggered. Now, people run staggered on w221 4matics it's there isn't more than 3% variance. The popular combo is, 255/35/20 and 275/35/20. You could also for a 245/40 up front, but the tire would be 1" less in width and you look very skinny.
