With my previous car (Lexus LS460L) I was able to view the full service history online via the Lexus Drivers website. Does Mercedes have something similar?

Sort of. There is an internal service history that your dealership can pull. I don't think it's intended for distribution but give your service advisor a couple of perfect surveys and voilą, they'll do whatever they can for you.
ok great thanks for the tip
I did give them a great review but it was fully justified. I just found everyone at our Milwaukee dealership to be very professional, down to earth and helpful. It was quite a contrast to my experience with my prior Lexus dealer.

Yeah my advisor happens to be a long time family friend. They live and die on those reviews. There's really only one question they're measured on. Overall how satisfied were you with your service experience? Anything less than a 10 is a fail. Also no, nobody at MB told you to expect a survey.

I was told the same. To me, the "anything less than a 10 is a fail" sets up the advisor for failure. Different people have different ideas of satisfaction. Someone may be expressing abundant satisfaction using a 9, but now the advisor fails.Originally Posted by Mike5215

How often do the surveys come? I had a rash of visits to the dealer with I first got the car, but there was only one survey.

Yes, it is the Vehicle Master Inquiry (VMI). Most dealership service advisors will not give it to you, but just as Mike said, I developed a good relationship with my service advisor and he printed the service history for my records. Originally Posted by Mike5215
