NEW PROBLEM...

Guys im having another problem, yesterday while driving back from a long trip i came to a red light the check engine light started blinking and while stopped the car started shaking also when i give it gas it shakes even more..

Not enough info, but if I had to make an educated guess I would say a misfire. Bad gas, coils, wires, plugs, coil controller, ecu - in that order

That's not a misfire. When it's blinking is something worse. I have had 7 cylinders misfiring with only a solid CEL. As my tech told me, do not drive the car when the CEL is blinking, get it towed.

lol. actually blinking ses denotes precisely severe misfire. it could be a dropped valve, but on his particular engine you will have to wait about 150k miles before that has a chance of happening (there is)....or... in this case a bunch of cylinders not firing due to any of the reasons i mentioned in my previous post

I Guess to be more precise, i had 7 cylinders misfiring with a solid CEL, not blinking, and it ended up being due to a bad fuel control module. This was on a s600 however too, so I'm always maintenance ound. This was at 96k miles on my engine, which is different then yours.

Either way,
Goodluck with your efforts, i was just putting in my personal experience. If you do find out which cylinders, you can tell if it's left or right or neither based on which ones and thus tell if it's an ignition coil or not. As in, if it's all the left ones, it's more then likelyto be the ignition coil for that side and vice versa. If it's a couple on one and on the other, I would look at bad fuel and possibly the module I replaced. Either way, I don't envy you and as a recommendation I would swap out spark plugs while you get the coils replaced if it is one or the other.

Thanks guys for all the input, I went to my local autozone they scanned the ecu three faults showed up P0301 and P0351 , also the third fault was P0351 said its pending, It all started when the fuel tank was almost empty. I filled up the car added a bottle of lucas to the fuel drove 30 miles no cel yet hope it was bad fuel .. But now im having a hard time fueling the car the pump stops all the time.

The fueling problem is because of that pump only, not your car. Try pulling the nozzle out a little bit, then squeeze lightly on the handle.

That explains why a drunk guy was peeing on the side of the gas station that time I stopped to put air in my tires. All this time I thought he was doing it because my TPMS warning had come on. Later, when it came on again I stopped at another gas station and this time no drunk guy peeing. I was like "WTF Mercedes?!"
