Hi...I just bought a 2011 s550 and although I love the car I hate the way the voice command works for putting in an adress for a destination. Im used to cars that you just say the whole adress and you're done, but in this car first it's the state then city then street and then you manually have to put in the number. Keeping in mind you can't put in anything manually if the car is in motion. Rediculous...esp for a top of the line car. Does anyone know if there's anything I can do about this? Buy a new voice command update or something so I can say the whole adress at once?

Yep. I have a 2010. There may be some features that only apply to newer cars (Mbrace Plus) but regular Mbrace works fine. Remote lock and GPS location, and Send2Benz

The inability to say the entire address is very annoying. In addition to what was mentioned above, I learned how to do everything by voice although it takes an extra step. After you say "enter destination" and the car takes you through entering town and state by voice, the system will ask "do you want to start route guidance now?" Say no then say "enter house number" and you will be able to speak the house number. Then the system will ask "do you want to start route guidance now?" This time you say "yes." This is the only way other than through Mbrace that I have found that allows you to speak all commands.

I love how our cars navi allow you to adjust locations and provide information on the fly. Many other manufacturers restrict this. Also I understand the frustrations with the address thing, but all in all the navi is great. Honestly, I haven't came across a navigation unit in any car that I didnt find any issues with. None are perfect, yet they are getting there.
Sadly, the most accurate and easy to use is Google maps on a phone. Real time traffic too. If you use your phone as your music player it will temporarily mute the audio for navi voice.
