what kind of res do you use on your camera to get such clear pix??

 

Most of them are shot at 13MP, with a 1.8 50MM lens. The lens make a big difference. Most people think you need 24 or 36 megapixels to get the best photos but you can get clear pictures like this with 6mp...it's all about technique and the lens.

Sometime I can't tell the difference between my 24mp and 13mp photos unless I zoom in like 400% and I am not shooting to print on billboards or anything where mp do come in to play.

The weather is a little cloudy/showers right now but the sun is coming out...if it dries up I'll try to get some later today..if not, all of this week is going to be nice so I'll get some.

 

Here are a few with a 55-300mm zoom 4.5 lens which is not a great lens but I still managed to get pretty good shots when I went to the bahamas. I didn't want to take my good lens there.

I know! They don't have the headlights to work with night vision. If I can still use the led headlights and not have any errors popping up, just wouldnt have night vision, I can live with that. Still investigating.

Mirrors - still looking for a good source for those! I my just look for a totaled w221 locally and get them from it.

 

Looking and sounding good! Any drone when driving?

 

No...unfortunately, I can't hear the exhaust when I am driving unless I am in a tunnel or a parking garage. I know people on the outside can hear it though. It would be nice to be able to hear it if I floor it or something. If I am between 1-2k rpm I can hear it faintly but after 2k rpm it's whisper quiet (from the inside).

 

I don't think there is anyone here who loves their car as much as you do. Good job.
