If you look in the third photo (bottom left) that little piece was inside the first photo in the middle of the hole I don't know if it's broken or what I need advise ??!!?

NO NO NO!!!
Your filter housing is missing the bottom third or so. The "shaft" should taper down to a point, and there are two or three rubber o-rings that are fitted to the (missing) tip. You'll need to order a replacement.

yeah someone broke the center shaft that seals the filter. ouch man. you should be able to just pull that black thing in the housing right out. Its supposed to be part of the plastic piece
