The biggest issue is that the quad tips are much larger than the stock tips. When you try to install the S63 piece, it reveals part of the inner bumper structure that has to be Dremmled off to make room for the new tips.
Your stock "tips" aren't actually tips at all. They're not connected to the exhaust. They're actually part of the bumper. You'll need to have a shop fabricate a way to attach the tips to the exhaust.
Last, the bottom edge of an S63 diffuser hangs lower than the stock diffuser, and the locking tabs don't line up. As a result, you need to fabricate something to secure the lower edge, or at speed the airflow will peel it off the car. The tops do match up.
If you go the diffuser route, Rock Auto sells the two OEM pieces for a little under $400. The center piece needs to be painted. OEM they were the cars body color. I did mine in silver for contrast.
