Just bought my 2013 S550 4Matic & Intro
Secondly, what a complicated car! The dang car dealer shipped it without an Owner's Manual---so I don't even know how to preset the radio stations (arghh)----I watched the online videos from MB---but they don't seem to help with the basics. I have to say, I've rented a lot of cars for biz, and this is the first car I've never been able to figure out how to preset the radio stations! But looking forward to the car----the engine noise is music to my ears.

Welcome aboard!
This is crazy but on day 2 of ownership, I already had a problem...albeit, not the car's fault. It was raining cats & dogs tonight, it was dark, and car lights shining in my face....somehow I end up off the road but quickly get it back on the road. It didn't seem like a big deal, but suddenly a beep goes off and I see a message appearing above the steering wheel---tire is off kilter---I'm thinking no bid deal, but over the next 3 minutes I see the pressure steadily decrease all the down to 15 psi. Time to pull over.
Call MB emergency road side service---they appear in 35 mins ready to roll. Crazy part is I only got this service (including the lost key insurance) because the sales lady at the MB dealer gave it to me for free by taking the ~$195 off the price of the extended warranty. I thought I was getting scammed when I saw the sales invoice so I called and they told me she did it because she got a sales incentive for selling more than one product. It was free to me, so I was good. It really saved my bacon tonight...so I owe that saleslady.
Taking it to the dealer in the morning....hopefully they just need to put the tire back on.
The timing couldn't have been better. Remember...I bought my car sight unseen from a dealer about 300 miles from me....so I have a gazillion questions that need answered! Including, how the heck do I get my Itunes playing? Not getting it! The bluetooth phone is working though---but I need my real songs.
