The whole VIN. In my opinion Autocheck is much better than Carfax due to their relationship with carfax. Thats how I found out that my woman got hosed.

@Fightclub - What states can you do plate numbers? Also, what info do you need to run the background check?

just pm me with plate number and state only. back ground checks first last name, state. it will usually pull up a bunch of names. so the more info you have the better. like middle names, and address and i can find them easy.
