Exotic cars. ready for a upgrade.
You should humble yourself and practice humility. It's pretty ignorant as well as arrogant to go around saying that.

As quickly as you have it, you can lose it all. Been there, done that. Count your blessings and don't look down on others as no one knows what their future holds.

Haha thanks bud!
What is your plan if one day, you lose your job? How do you pay bills for the next x amount of months or the next year?, what's your emergency fund looking like?
You can make 300k individually, annually, but how much of that is going out towards debt?
Example: If you NET 15k a month, but you're putting out 12k a month for bills/debts...you don't need to buy an exotic, you need to focus on saving.
Jason - I somewhat agree with what you said but if someone lives in an apartment and drives an exotic, to me, priorities seem really mixed up. Unless you live in Manhattan and have a apt then I could understand that.
You're wasting money renting, when you could pay towards a mortgage and have it become an asset. Now, I don't mean everyone who is renting is wasting money, but I think people who spend the money to drive an exotic and live in an apt complex looks bad.
I see it all the time in DC. People have bentleys, etc and living in an apt.
.....but like I said....people will do what they want at the end of the day and entitled to do what they want with their money or spend money they don't have...lol. Everyone has their own priorities.
