Taking A Break
Hi guys. I got into a little dust-up with a guy on another board here that resulted in him posting personal information about my identity on line. Rather than engage him further, I reported the post and to the mod's credit they removed the posts and sanctioned the member. (As you know, it's vital that my identity as Batman never be exposed. I cannot fight crime unless I'm only known as Bruce Wayne.)
However, I was contacted by the admin and admonished for being a part of a group of members who regularly posts personal attacks and flames, and I was informed that many forum members have "had it" with my conduct. In other words, I guess, I was "asking for it". (My conclusion, not the admin's).
I've been instructed to avoid engaging when personally attacked or flamed, and to instead report the offending post to a moderator.
I understand I am a guest on this forum and as such I need to follow the rules. Unfortunately, the application and interpretation of the rules in this case are kind of silly and arbitrary (again, my opinion.)
I'm not going to hide behind a mod's skirt every time I get called out in a thread. Which of course leaves me no choice but to avoid the forums themselves.
So, if I offended you, sorry. If I entertained you, you're welcome. I think it's a great community and a great board, but it's not for me. If anyone has any audio questions or general questions, Dave and Fightclub have my personal email.

You may not become the nicest person on board (anyway who cares ) but I must say you have shed some light on the darkness when members of the forums need a one desperately
Your posts are entertaining and it's an icing on the cake to me besides your helpful posts
However, there is nothing wrong with exerting upon moderator's mighty power if someone calls you in otherwise you could use ignore button

damn your the one person who helped us find out ******* was a scam. i got banned as well. there area always members on a forum who like to gang up on someone. when i called them out of course they get all pissed and mods here banned me. when i have something on my mind i say it dont matter the consequences. so i understand how you are. well hopefully you dont stay gone to long.

I'm new here, but I've enjoyed Mike in my limited time and I'll likely be around here for a while. I mean to ruffle no feathers, but it seems Mike's the one with the butt hurt. If I'm understanding correctly, he was admonished by the admins for some "attacks and flames". So, now he's not playing anymore... Unless I'm missing something.

No.....he's taking a break to write some new material for his comedy act. Plus I heard he's been giving extra attention via his right hand to his d*ck and ***** to see if he can resuscitate them.
If he doesn't have success via conventional means, I suggest he try sitting on his left hand until it's numb, reverse the grip, and try the Brooklyn Stranger approach. It may be just what he needs to bring some life back to the old broken down equipment. Then he can come back here as a brand new man.
