Can I run a staggered wheel set up on my 2010 s550 4matic?

It's the traditional Mercedes Benz hand formed sheet metal repair. There are plans for a planishing hammer and an English wheel. For now it's the rubber mallet and block of wood.

Dave was supposed to be working the concierge desk tonight but he's probably just watching **** again instead.
Go to EBay, search for Mercedes AMG Style wheel and the size you want and you'll get a lot of hits. 35mm offset are the most common and will fit. 45mm offset are closest to OEM but won't look as aggressive.

So would the reason you bought a salvaged S have anything to do with the IRS reporting requirements for cash transactions over $10,000? (If that's the case then the buy actually makes more sense.)

Right. But posing for a picture covered in stacks of money is the height of class.

^ Yeah, I thought so. Just trying to make sense of the madness is all. Transactions can be split of course. The total was close to $10k though, right? You must have paid cash (in the form of a cashier's check or wire transfer.) Can't imagine a bank would collateralize a salvage piece.
Anyway, on reps, the whole point is that they look exactly like OEM. The difference, in the case of the 45mm, is 2mm, which is imperceptible. You might pick up on the 35mm offset wheels if you were really paying attention. The benefit of course is price. A nice set of reps will run you under $1k, where the OEM version in new condition can run three or four times that. You can piece a set of refurbished OEM out on Ebay if you're patient (I just did that for a set of CL63 wheels) but every refurb house has a slightly different idea of what color silver a Mercedes wheel should be, so I ended up sending the whole set in again to get the colors matching.

Yeah, and those are remans. You can pick up fresh OEM refurbished wheels all day long for under $500 a piece on EBay. It's crazy what they go for new.
That set I have half of came off a 2011 S63 back in 2012. The guy spun out and curb rashed both wheels on one side, along with a bunch of sheet metal damage. Insurance paid for 4 new wheels so the old ones were sitting in a corner at my buddy's shop for a couple of years. I gave him $500 and sent them off to Turbax for refinishing. Got a beautiful set of OEM wheels for $1k.
One benefit of these particular rims is that they have a machined finish, so no issues with color matching.

Absolutely not real and not advertised as OEM. I've run replica wheels before, nothing to be afraid of. I have my OEM front and rear on EBay, just need to hunt down the other two if you want to stick with OEM.
(Didn't realize that link was for 19", should be able to find them in 20")

Yeah I like those. They might look a little undersized though just by the nature of the design. Are you set on19"?

These are similar. Not staggered though. I'm not sure about 32mm offset.

Ideally you'd want a square 19" set up in a rep at 45ish offsets.
