Whether or not your father is willing to pay for your car insurance, you still need car insurance, and you definitely don't need to be buying another car if you can't even afford insurance on the one you have.

no, Nappa leather SA code was 840A I believe.

couple more documents from WIS. They include panel gaps which should be followed, unless you want the end result to look like a rebuilt POS Civic.

I've been on benz55 team for most of this. What's done with his finances and the value to him of his decisions is largely personal, a subject on which reasonably minds under the umbrella of our society can disagree.

But not having insurance is akin to not pulling your weight, potentially exposing others to negative impact (as opposed to ones personal financial decisions, which in most cases only effect themselves). Though there is a "system" in place to help cover those exposed by others' poor decisions, it's meant as a safeguard, a shield not a sword. Even if the "system" would pull at least a part of your weight for you, it don't pull all. And of course it perpetuates the problem. It's the "drag" on society we all hear about.

There are those that think the system is there to be taken advantage of, the "draggers". I don't think this group is one of them. I'm not.

This insurance thing needs to made right immediately. Makes the thread not funny anymore. Really sorta bums out to think all these a$$holes had a point.

I've righted that wrong. I have a few things from my past way of life that I still have not changed. This was one of them.

It looks like he's going to need more than a pull, mallet, and bumper cover. It doesn't appear that the aluminum is going to be repairable and will have to be replaced instead. I hope this still fits within his $1k budget.

Thanks X, I've been searching for these instructions. I'm going to give these to MAACO so they have a better idea of what they are working with.

Get ready for them to have a good laugh at your expense. Hopefully they'll doing the laughing among themselves after you leave in order to not hurt your feelings.

FYI, any halfway decent body shop with skilled body men will know how to work with aluminum and whether it will can be salvaged or must be replaced. That's what they get paid to do.

If you feel MAACO wouldn't know this, then you might want to think about going to a MB authorized shop for the repairs.

Good on you, man. Thank you.

Not talking about you, but I grew up without money. When the man's handing out bread and leaves a loaf on the table, you take it. I get it.

But when you find yourself later in life able to buy 15,000 loaves of bread, you pay the buck for your loaf.

Keep on doin better than before and I think you'll be all right. I apply the same to myself. Keep on keepin on.

Of course us a$$holes have a point. We're regular a$$holes, not dumb a$$holes. BTW, we're like ninety pages in and the one thing that needed to be fixed still isn't fixed. Our point was made eighty nine pages back. The rest of the thread is just us a$$holes taking laps.

Yes. Go to User CP>Settings>A Hole Filter and and select Dave from the drop down menu. Although on this forum it might be easier to check the box for "Select All". Hah!

Ok, User CP>Settings>Edit Ignore List, then add anyone's name whose posts are too much to bear.

I expect that both of these policies will be cancelled in a matter of days. I have never owned a car that I could not insure or have not insured. The fact that these cars are just insured now illustrates the hurray for me and the hell with you mentality of the younger population in this country. Regardless of their origin.

I'm sorry you have a weak stomach for me calling a spade a spade. My 5 year old likes to watch Strawberry Shortcake and Dora the Explorer videos on demand. I suggest you give that a try because it's all rainbows, unicorns, and little girls named after berries. But watch out for a fox named Swiper! He might turn your stomach again.

That's only because your dik is numb on one side. I'm sure it wasn't by choice. If it was still working properly, you'd likely have whacked off two nuts before you finished typing your last post. Keep it real Mike!

Well that didn't last very long. Local news ran a story about girls college gymnastics. What did they THINK was gonna happen?

But that was the old me. From this point forward, no more masturbating!
