Navigation- Memory Full

Navigation- Memory Full
Hello folks,
Whenever I need to save an address to the navigation system it gives me an ereor mesaage saying memory is full.
I don't have anything else saved in there.
Only thing I can think of would be my address book taking up all the space in the hdd (which I seriously doubt)
My car is a 2011 S550

40GB hard drive. See attachment. "Worst case" scenario hard drive may need replacement and if so, MB only offers complete control unit replacement.
