PM me your email address. I can send you some info to point you in the right direction.
Service B indicates an estimated 2-hour service call. Each Service B, however, may have different service items to be performed. i.e. Each Service B will not be identical (check brake pads one time, check and clean sunroof the next, etc, etc.).

cool pm sent! car is up to service c already, plus ive changed the tires, pads already and did a recent oil change, filters were all done when i got the car 2 years ago... I will chk the air filters if dirty ill swap it out.
Somebody didn't reset/ confirm previous services done to the vehicle. As a result the computer still wants certain things based on mileage or time. Service b is an oil change and few checks.
If you don't have anything outstanding to be done just reset it (confirm all) and move on. Remember to keep track of mileage and change oil when needed (because the computer will be "behind" on oil mileage at this point. Once you change oil again reset computer again and carry on as usual.
