Shipping truck service recommendation
I finally found a car from Minnesota but has to ship it to California.
I have searched the forum but the recommendations were mostly dated.
Anybody recommend a good shipper?

I had to ship a W211 and a W221 from New Orleans to the California Bay Area.
For the W211, I used http://bearstransport.com/ and had a very good experience with the contract drivers they used. Things were delivered on time, and minimal drama and antics. Communications on status was very good, and the car never sat at any depots or transfer points for more than a few hours.
For the W221, I used a corporate relocation service that ended up hiring DAS Dependable Auto Shippers. This was not a great experience, the delivery took several days longers than the W211, the inside of the car was dusty on delivery as though they left the driver's window open while parked. The delivery was so overdue, that they exceeded their service level agreement, and had to pay for a rental car for me for 3 days.

Thanks for for telling us your experience. Was the W211 shipment company had like a GPS tracker? where you can track them where they actually are kind of similar to a tracking number? Was your car enclosed delivery or open delivery?
Thanks,

it is to be driving/Riding in it.
