Facelift bi-xenon headlights w/Nightvision PlugNPlay
Glad I held out on the costly wiring harnesses and coding method!
There's finally a night vision (Night view assist) headlight facelift version that is plug & play, all features work including active curve when turning your steering wheel, night vision, self-leveling, turning lights, and dual colored turn signals. Depot released this plug and play version. Got mine 2 weeks ago and everything is working perfectly.
Only thing is they switch the night vision bulb to a H9 instead of the OEM H11, I dremelled off the nub to make the H11 fit and used my factory bulb. H9 is too bright and did not have the coating on the tip to diffuse the light.
Bought mine from "fishcake321" on eBay
They were low on the night vision stock but they are out there, call them for availability.

FROM THE LISTING:
If you have the Night Vision model and your Infrared (IR) Reader is on your "Windshield," this headlight will fit your model and you will retain the Infrared Night Vision Feature.

I've seen this listing before and had serious doubts that they would actually work with night vision. I'm glad you tried it and can confirm that all features work correctly.
Have you tried turning on the DRL's to see if they will light up the LED strip on the lights?

Instagram doesn't seem to work with that name. Can you post some pics here please?

Love that color! Sorry, did you say that at night they don't aim their light well? They look great, but do they light up the road as good as OEM?

I just don't get what this means and why the quotes?
'"If you have the Night Vision model and your Infrared (IR) Reader is on your "Windshield," this headlight will fit your model and you will retain the Infrared Night Vision Feature."
Would you mind posting some pics of your night vision in action with the new lights please? thanks!

I recently upgraded my lights on my AMG with ones from "fishcake321" as well. Super sharp cutoff and brighter than on my OEM projectors on my 12' S550.
I def recommend them.

supposedly the fishcake models will work, but I haven't seen a screen shot of that happening. That being said, the supplier (Depo) is back ordered. NO ONE has them in stock. I've been pounding the pavement and best estimates are "sometime in July".
I am also working the Swede to see if they sell a similar version. I think plug and play is a must. You start getting into wiring harnesses, etc PLUS the cost of OEM 2010+ units and you're at $4,000 or more, easily. Seems silly to spend 1/4 the purchase price on some headlights.
I have to do something as my stock units have yellowed and look like crap. They can't be polished because the discoloration is "through" the plastic itself.

Yes the upgrade is a must but only if it’s plug and play. The other way seems like a headache on top of being extremely expensive for a car that’s 10+ years old. I had a good experience with the non night vision version from fishcake but on the fence about purchasing an s63 with night vision feature. It seems like the only thing holding me back. Would be great to see these hit the market with true plug and play for under 2k.

I assume you have the Depo headlights (from Fishcake, but other people sell them too)? How long have you had them and have you noticed any quality issues? I was emailing with The Swede and he was saying they were junk, but of course he has OEM stuff to sell...

Also, has there been any degradation of night vision performance? Is there a IR bulb in each one actually?
Comments?
His pricing has sky-rocketed

I've heard the beam pattern for the low beams is a "mess". My current, OEM low beams are sharp and lovely.

Did you facelift lift the taillights as well? I kind of like the old taillights more but not sure if they’ll flow well with the new headlights w LED running lights.

I noticed that as well. Been eyeing these. Nice to see further confirmation that the night vision works and that the cutoff is sharp. May pull the trigger soon.
