The front center bumper of the W221 is at an angle. Which license plate bracket or mount do you use that takes care of this angle such that when the actual license plate is mounted on this bracket, the plate is not bent?

Go to your local Benz dealer parts dept and pick up the correct mounting plate for your car.

Mine came with curved bracket. Would have preferred no bracket, but didn't want to see 6 holes, so put the benz plate on the front.

or be classy, dont drill your front bumper and get a tow hook plate bracket. you might even gain a hp or two if your car is a turbo

I drew a picture below. I was looking for a mount similar to point #2. where it
won't bend the license plate because it is flat on the other side. Point #1 is the one I currently have.

It was too late for me. They already mounted the license plate in front since I got it used.

And many dealers still drill it before a new one is even bought!!! wrong!
