Command Center, Radio/CD issues
I have a 2010 s550 with 57k miles. Out of the blue while I was driving, my radio went silent and would not move from the station I was listening to. I tried switching to satellite radio and it all of a sudden says "device not available". The dvd also will not operate. The nav system shows the directions but I cannot get any audio whatsoever. A day later still the same. Radio shows the same station and wont move abd the sat still shows "device not available" Still no sound from any audio systems. I tried pulling and inspecting all associated fuses but no luck with that. Called the dealer but all they would say is that they would have to diagnose it for their $129.99 diagnostic fee.
Has anyone ever encountered this problem before? I am trying to see if I have any other options prior to taking it in to the dealer for diagnosis. Any help in dealing with this would be greatly appreciated.
