Hi Guys
I just noticed when car is powered off the clock stops and as soon as power is on the clock syncs to the correct time, is this normal.

That is the sign of a dying consumer/accessory battery in your trunk.

actually i have seen this symptom just go away on its own.

it is usually the battery, but it might happen "just because".

as your battery weakens you will notice that that your abs/stability control systems become wonky and start throwing inop errors. same goes for keyless go and radio/nav head unit.

on a german car you really really want to keep the batteries in excellent shape. trust me.
