S550 electrical issue please help

So I bought this car from an auction with an electrical issue car won't crank, gears not showing on cluster, radio no sound no stations, battery draining overnight and as soon as you insert the key and you turn on all lights goes on it shows gas half way full then gas drops to empty and red battery sign comes on along with ESP, visit workshop and all kind of messages battery are full power both when diagnostic with xentry there is no communications with multiple modules also half of the fuse box under hood and in back got no power also all fuses checks out good.
Please help as to where should I start and where is all canbus locations to check wires and power?

You should get the starter battery (under hood) and accessories battery (in trunk behind right back seat) load tested to see if they are any good. These may be symptoms of bad batteries.

front and rear batteries both are new and car is not flooded I did replace rear power supply, rear fuse box and front fuse box swapped each one with a replacement for testing and no luck same symptoms with no change so decided to test canbus but need some help on where they are all located?
and if anyone have any idea on what could this be?

Always scary to buy a car at auction that has know electrical problems, especially a car as complicated as a W221. Repairs to get it running may cost you more than you paid for the car.

I know but I was hoping when I bought it to be a simple fix specially it came from financial company and car had not battery under hood was missing or taken out also it's in good shape with 118k miles but need some help on where should I start tracing that I found canbus under driver seat and footwell passenger side canbus any others?
anything else could be related to the symptoms I'm having? Where should I really start?

Seems like you may have multiple shorts, will need to check:
all the electrical harnesses
the CANBUS modules, fiber
Sounds like something got severed and/or some bared wire is shorting against the metal.
