You do not mention if it is seat or backrest - start by checking storage compartment (if applicable), and seat rails. See attachments.

its the front driver seat. Thanks for the attachments. It will help for another problem.
the main issue i have is that the seat clicks almost like its moving positions slightly. It goes in front a little with braking and clicks back with acceleration

Hard to pin down from the description. I had a clicking/creaking sound from the drivers seat that turned out to be excessive play in the plastic cover over the inboard seat rail. I used a little piece of foam tape to stop it. If you put the driver's seat full forward and get in the back seat you can reach down and jiggle that piece of trim to see if it replicates the noise.

Raise seat to upper most position, check for movement in rails and seat - see attachment
