They shipped a defective product for which I had to pay an installation fee to no avail, and then refused to honor their 30-day money back guarantee citing that they inspect all their products; therefore, it is impossible for their product to be defective. They refused an RMA number, stalled, and then offered to give me a RMA IF I return the product within two days for a 25% restocking fee! IF I ship it by two day mail, which costs as much as the product. It took 10 days to receive their item in the first place. Two days to get it installed and then two days of calling for a RMA to no avail."

Because we service over 100,000 new customer every year, here and there few customer may not be fully satisfied with our service. Just like not every Mercedes owner is happy with their purchase.
1. ******* has the carplay technology.
2. ******* never created pre-orders to collect funds and not shipped the products out.
3. All previous pre-orders were only created to anticipate the demand.
******* never collected any funds if cant fulfill the orders.
I'm not sure how Vitaliy came to be associated with NT, but it doesn't seem possible that given his age and temperament it's a company he founded or successfully managed.
My guess is that what at one time was a flourishing enterprise had dwindled down to the point that it was little more than a shell with a website, and it ended up in the hands of Vitaliy to do with as he chose.
He chose to milk it rather than rebuild it.
