2013 S550 4Matic MPG
Hey guys my MPG doesn't move from 11.6 at all. Tried resetting multiple times but comes back to 11.6 mpg. Sometimes it goes up .1 or .2 mpg but very shortly. Any advice?

Do a check the old fashioned way. Fill your tank and note your odometer reading. Wait until you have less than half a tank, then fill up and calculate your MPG based on difference in odometer reading and the amount of fuel used. This will show if you have an electronics issue or a real problem with your engine.

Wow! And I thought my S600 V12 bi-turbo was bad at 13.5 mpg in local driving. You might want to think about having the lead removed from your right foot. You should be averaging at least 16 in the city and over 22 on the highway.

That is by design. While many cars will reset to the instant MPG at the time it was reset, MB vehicles reset to a weighted average value for that particular vehicle. Why it chose 11.5 is unknown, but if the cluster has the wrong coding in it, it can cause an incorrect reading. My V12 resets to 13.x on a fresh reset. After driving on highway trips for a few miles and conservatively, it will go above 20.
