EVERYTHING SHUTS OFF?!?!!??

07 S550 - All interior electrical component shuts off?!?!!??
So I have a 07 S550 and i have a serious problem. Key Fob is fine, but when i try and unlock it with it. It doesnt work. I use the metal key to get in all the time. I noticed as soon as i step into the vehicle all interior lighting and dashboard lighting is off. Electrical issue?
i place the key into the ignition and everything turns on without turning the key to start.
The car starts right up but every setting i have conducted thru the radio has been reset.
As i turn off the car with the key still in it all the lightings are still on but as soon as i pull the key out not even 4 seconds later ALL THE LIGHTING SHUTS OFF!!!
I try and use the keyfob to lock the car. No response.
The keyfob only works when its in the ignition...

Exactly my point. I soon as i put the key in without turning it, i hear the clicking of the computer turning on, and all components within the car turns on. As soon as i pull it out. 4 seconds later BOOM, everything is out. As if there was a power outage on your street.
