2008 S550 4Matic and 2014 E350A Cabriolet
left front parking light out
Mechanic says he can't reach the bulb to replace it. He needs to take the bumper off and it could cost half an hour of his time........to replace a bulb. Is he correct?

should be able to peel the front of the inner fender liner back some and reach the bulb that way.. It is a tight fit regardless, but shouldn't require removal of the front bumper.

If you're talking about the side marker light, you only need to remove 3 fastners on the front part of the inner fender liner which gives you access to the light attachment.
