2012 E350 Bluetec
Massage Seats
Massage works sporadically on my 2012 E350 Bluetec. Sometimes it comes on and off in a couple of minutes other times it runs longer. Sometimes it doesn't work at all
The longer I wait between uses the more likely it will work.

I think they're awesome. Best setting is slow and vigorous. You'd think hard and vigorous would be the better one, but for these seats, no.
I've also tried these is many other cars, and these push the hardest and actually work. When I tried them in the 2014 S550, they weren't as hard and were more of a pitter patter touch...

Either the pump is going in to lock mode shuting down ( heat, leak in system, internal pump error) or the seat bladder in the seat you in is leaking.. Easy way to do a little self diag is to sit in pass seat and see if both seat are having same issue
if you get same problems in both than i would start looking at the pump if the pass seat is working fine than i would start looking for a leak
