Malfunction with yellow arrow up

I have a 2011 S550 and Im getting the malfunction with yellow arrow up. Both the front and rear suspension are fine and I actually had the air pump replaced 6 months ago. Can this be a faulty fuse issue? Thanks

Check level & acceleration sensor connections if all looks fine, have someone do a quick test using MB diagnostics to pull codes and/or identify malfunctioning sensor.

I think you also get this if you have a problem with the brake wear sensor.

This is what the brake wear symbol looks like.

If your brake wear sensor is not connected(different from it indicating that your pads are worn) you will get a airmatic malfunction message accompanied by harsh ride.

Bounce ride can be caused by a number of issue. A common problem is bad ADS valve on the air strut. See this article:

I apologize for bringing up this old thread. I had a similar issue with my vehicle recently and the reason why the suspension malfunctioned with the up arrow came out and it turns out that the ADS Valve is faulty, the hard part is I had to replace the air strut too to replace the ADS Valve. I came across an in-depth article that may be worth reading. Search for "Mercedes-Benz Air Suspension Malfunction + UP Arrow on YOUCANIC" and you will see an article that goes over common causes and possible fixes. You can read about it yourself. I hope this information can assist someone else with a similar issue.
