i have a 2006 s550 thats causing me problems. the drivers door controls don't do anything. I'm talking about windows, seats, and mirror controls. nothing works. the soft touch closing also goes nuts trying to close the door after its already latched. I've tried a new sam and that did nothing. the fuses are good and the only code i have in the door is 9061 component a85s3 (left front safety limit switch) hanging. does anyone know what that is? is there a relay for the door? does this thing need reprogramed? i was reading something about pre 08 221's need reprogramed for the windows, but nothing works on the door. I'm stuck, any ideas? thanks

How about door lock, incorporated soft close switch may be malfunctioning.

 

i think it needs it, but that doesn't explain why the windows and seat don't work which is the main issue

 

I have since yesterday just the same fault with the same error message.
Could you fix it in the meantime !?
