Problem with ESP unit programming W221
Hello
The car is a 2008 S300 with 272 Engine.
I have replaced the new ABS hydraulic pump module (part# A221 431 90 12) and have copied the old setting to the new part using Xentry.
However the fault codes appeared like this and I cannot delete it.
5934 Start-up control unit N47-5 (ESP control unit)
5079 Check component A7/7b2 (BAS travel differential sensor)
Was it the problem with my programming or it needs some setting?
Also, I have searched and found that there is no component a7/7b2 on this car.
Please help

Phil is right on the N47-5 error. You need to do the startup procedure.
Your Xentry laptop will start a 'rig test' and you'll need to follow a specific set of procedures in a specific amount of time. In my GL it involved turning the steering wheel in certain directions, driving in a complete circle, stopping then turning the other way, etc. As soon as I finished it, the error went away and the ESP light went off.
Not sure what your other error is. But I'd clear the known one first (N47-5) then go from there and diagnose further.
I believe you go into ESP module then select "Inital Startup" and it should be there. Same section as where you copied over the old settings I think.

Thanks for the help and information.
I did all of the steps but the fault codes still there. So, I took the car to the MB authorised garage and they said the part I put in also had some functions for the 275 engine, which it required the coding process in order to match with my 272 engine and now the car is working perfectly. Not sure if my explanation is correct.
