Try to do a reset, disconnect the battery (or batteries) for about 15 min and reconnect them. Prepare to "teach" your sunroof and windows to auto open and close, it's in the manual. If this doesn't help maybe connect it to STAR and see what comes out. Might be an expensive intervention though, don't know how much a used head unit costs in the USA.......
