How to remove lower side skirt/trim

How does one remove the lower side skirt/trim?
I see there are some screws on the bottom as well as a couple of plastic plugs holding it to the wheel well.
Are the screws under the skirt and the wheel well plugs all that need to be removed in order to get this piece off?

As you can see, mine is cracked/has a hole on the front and I want to remove to take to my buddies body shop to have it fixed.

Thanks very much in advance.

I need to do this as well. If possible, can you provide a few pictures and any tips once you do this, please? It would be greatly appreciated. I thought I had to remove the trim inside the door sill to get this off, but these directions don't mention this step.

I started and decided not to finish. It is a major pain and I did not want to risk breaking the plastic trim, so I put everything back together and will work this crack/hole while the piece is installed on the car.

Sorry I was not of more help.
