Help coding Facelift headlights...
Hello. Finally i bought the harness from kabeldaviko. Installed it as it should be. My headlights are with the 216 control units (as its adviced to be superseding):
A 216 900 91 00
A 221 900 04 04
A 216 820 37 89
All were perfect fit.
The problem is my left headlight is not working - only the xenon - no DRL, Right one is all perfect. I swapped the plugs to check and its working - so its not a headlight/control unit problem. Wiring harness is brand new so the only problem i can think of is the CODING.
I cannot go into the headlights when i use Star Diagnosis with W221. If I choose CL (216) i can read them (maybe because the control modules are with 216 in front).
I'd really appreciate anyone to tell me how to code them to work properly and why should only one side work. Do we need Online coding?
Also there are both right and left side Parking light and Daytime Running Lights errors on the dash.
Thanks in advance.

If you had a coding issue with the lights, you would get a message as soon as you start the car up. Also, sometimes only one headlight is coded. This is something you would need to check with STAR.
