S400 2017 , 6 cylinder, Gear issues
Hi
I have been having issues with my new car since buying it new in May 2017 of gear jerking (like a hit) when moving at second gear and before shifting to gear 3. Also when about to stop it will jerk little around second gear too (it’s like hesitation)They tried to fix it many times with no success until under my pressure they approved gear replacement.
the funny thing after gear replacement it still there and Mercedes Germany told them nothing can be done S 400 six cylinder have this character and nothing can be done so the dealer just told me live with it. It’s just annoying and I was angry with what they said.
any help would be nice
I forget to mention we have one dealer in UAE, so I am thinking of taking my car outside just for checking , can’t fix or warranty will be void
