How do I find out the Navigation Map Version and Command Center Software Version (Tellimetric) - Spoke with Houston North Mercedes Dealer and he is asking for $290 to update the Command S/W. Checked ebay for used NAvigation CD but couldn't find one. Any suggestions?

Just spoke to another dealer here in H town and he is asking for $450 to update the nav and says they don't update the Command Center S/W unless customer identifies specific problem - why two dealer and two versions of response???
Both are correct MBUSA mandates dealer discretion in applying Xentry Telematics update some rather not deal with unforeseen problems affecting other vehicle functions. Keep shopping for lowest labor rate. Current map: NTG3.5 Comand North America - V14.0
