This looks bad.....
Is it something catastrophic? Came on this afternoon. Once the ignition was turned off, it would not turn back on. Then, once the car sat for 20 minutes, everything seemed fine. Thank you in advance for any insight into this issue. I apologize for such a large upload!

LOL. It might as well say "All is lost." I'm glad it came back up for you. At least you have a stored code now. Get that thing read ASAP so you know what you're in for should this issue pop up again.
My guess is that the shift mechanism didn't return to park after the command as sent.
