Has anyone had the SAT Radio option disappear from your audio options!?
All other functions perform fine. I was listening to the satellite radio, then changed and listened to a CD one day, then I went to change back to SAT Radio and the option was no longer there! I NEED my SAT radio!! any help is appreciated.
Find module located behind left trunk panel (see photo) disconnect/reconnect black connector in an attempt to re-establish MOST loop. If this fails may need to find someone with MB Xentry (diagnostics) to pull codes, reset, and/or check for software update. If ultimately it winds up being module here are compatible part #s for replacement.
Thanks!! I have already tried a different module. I may dig in a bit today and see if there’s anything else I can find before getting it into the dealer.
I caved in and took the car into the dealer. They said that they have never seen this happen before. They completely reprogrammed the system and added it back in. Works fine now.

I doubt an intentional extra (that Mercedes are slipping in to later cars) but I would guess somewhere a bug (maybe a date) in part of the infotainment software times out and a wobble comes in to play
