No power to Bluetooth module.

No power to Bluetooth module.
So I was experiencing the dreaded no radio station/ no audio source on my 2008 w221. Which initially led me to believe it was the amplifier. Amp was inspected and was told that it was fine.
i then began to bypass each individual component with the fiber optic loop. Once I bypassed the Bluetooth module I began to receive sound again.
i then swapped out the module for a working used one and still nothing. I have no power to the puck as well.
it leads me to believe there’s an issue with the power source to the Bluetooth module but I cannot figure out where. I’ve inspected the fuses they seem fine. Could it be a component in the armrest that’s at fault?
oh also Although I have radio stations present, I just hear static on both am and fm.
