I have heard of the s65 but have not seen any for sale. This is labeled as an s600 with an AMG package which I have not came across yet. It also has a small placard above the analog clock that says "special edition." Is it real or just a mod? It does not look like anything crazy has been done to it (no offense) like smoked tail lights or giant rims. Is it worth 20 grand?
They did make them overseas but I believe only 2010+. I actually have one. When I bought it the dealer was making this big deal about it and how there are practically none in the US. It has the oem S65 AMG appearance package, oem AMG exhaust, etc from the factory but the engine is still the normal S600 engine. It is verified with the VIN when you pull the data card and will have a line that says AMG "2LOOK-EDITION" SPECIAL MODEL. If I recall correctly, there was a youtube video on a dealer selling one that had it imported in to the US and how the process was, etc.
